Would friends and family please meet for funeral service at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Old Durham Road, Houghton-le-Spring. Followed by the committal at Durham Crematorium.
The family kindly invite everyone to join them afterwards at The Mill for refreshments and to share memories of Jen's life.
Jen will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
